Two short agreements cover live streaming on Strongman Live. Organizers accept the first one before enabling streaming for an event. Athletes accept the second one before going live from their own account. Both apply in addition to the Terms of Service and the acceptable use rules in them.
By enabling live streaming for your event on Strongman Live, you (the Organizer) agree to the terms below.
You are responsible for all live streams broadcast under your event, including streams started by athletes registered to your event. You act as the first-line moderator for streaming activity at your event.
Streams at your event must not contain:
You will comply with the Strongman Live Terms of Service, the acceptable use rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Broadcasts sent through an encoder (OBS, Larix Broadcaster, or any RTMPS or SRT source) are recorded by Strongman Live's streaming provider and kept for replay for the retention period that applies to your event. Go live from the phone app is live only until recording support ships for that path. You are responsible for telling athletes, staff, and attendees that the event is streamed and recorded, through venue announcements and signage, and for obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires. You can end a broadcast at any time from the Stream tab.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strongman Live LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to streams broadcast under your event, your use of the streaming feature, or your breach of this agreement, except to the extent caused by Strongman Live's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Strongman Live may, at its discretion and without prior notice, end any stream, suspend streaming for your event, remove content, suspend or terminate your account, or suspend payout access for any violation of this agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
By accepting, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Streaming Agreement, and that you accept responsibility for streams broadcast under your event.
To turn on live streaming from your athlete account, you must read and accept this Code of Conduct.
You must be at least 18 years old to broadcast a live stream on Strongman Live.
You are solely responsible for everything in your stream. You confirm that you have all rights necessary to broadcast it, and that it complies with this Code and applicable law.
Strongman Live and the organizer of the event you are streaming under may end your stream at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Code, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Viewers can report streams, and reports are reviewed.
Violations may result in your stream being ended, loss of streaming access, and suspension or termination of your account. Illegal content will be handled as required by law.
By accepting, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you have read and agree to this Code of Conduct, and that you are responsible for your stream's content.

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), a notice must be in writing and include:
When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly and tell the person who posted it. A notice that leaves out required elements may be returned to you for completion. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
If your content was removed because of a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send the designated agent a counter notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(g). It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Strongman Live LLC may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent. We forward the counter notice to that person. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the infringement, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter notice.
We keep records of notices and counter notices. Accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyrights are terminated in appropriate circumstances, and organizers or athletes who lose their account also lose streaming access.
Questions about these policies can be sent to support@strongmanlive.com. Copyright notices go to the designated agent above.
